Freak! That’s what everyone calls you just because you are a little…well a lot different than them. Even your family even has to take special measures to keep the appearances but the truth is that you aren’t normal because you have your family´s “gift”.
Tessa McCaide can´t want more than to move out of her city. She will start all over again: new city and new school. Hopefully, no one would find out her about “gift” so she will live an almost normal life. What she doesn’t realize is that a single kiss with the wring guy would not only crash her expectations of a normal life but also make her even more “special”.
Dastien Laurant has his own things to worry about. He has to train the werewolves at At. Ailbe´s Academy, work with the Hunters to protect the pack from vampires and deal with a friend that doesn’t understand that all he wants is her friendship. It didn’t help that the second Tessa caught his eyes he felt…complete.
Neither knew something was missing until they saw each other and there´s no way Dastien will let go of Tessa now. Sure, he screwed things when he turned her accidentally but his wolf wanted his mate and he will make sure she accepted they are mates no matter how long it takes because now he can’t live without her. But first, they must survive the vampires attack to St. Alibe’s and a pack traitor.
