Toot's Review

Ok so I saw a preview of this wonderful book at Comic Con San Diego 2014 and absolutely fell in love. Just from the small bits I saw, I was hooked! I totally wanted this book in my hot little hands but alas, it wasn't out. Thankfully the author and artist, Scott Campbell was there and so I tracked him down in the artists area and we chit-chatted about the book. I was so fangirl that I promised him a spotlight for his book and I am thrilled to provide one. The book is honestly the cutest childrens' book I've seen in awhile and really, come on, who doesn't need a hug from time to time and what a great thing to teach kids, that it's actually OK to hug.

There's honestly not much to the story except for just being absolutely adorable (as you can see from the pages above) and it's also beautifully illustrated. The story leaves you with that super warm fuzzy feeling. I would and am, totally buying this book for kids and adults alike (hint, hint people on my xmas list). I just can't say enough about it and I think you should buy it too!
