Review : A Knight in Her Bed (Knights of Passion #3) by Evie North (HR)

Book Blurb

Alone and desperate, Juliet is seeking her friends who disappeared from Kendall Castle,
when she is found by Lord Wulfrich, the scarred man with the silver eyes, known as Wolf.

Wolf takes her captive and she soon finds herself in his bed. But is Wolf the man who took her friends? Is he to be trusted?
Juliet finds herself longing to trust him with her heart as much as she does her body.

Toot's Review by Stacy Sabala

This is A Knights of Passion novella that involves Lord Wulfrich’s story.

Juliet is a traveling minstrel and finds herself alone after her group disappears. She is hungry and tries to steal food from a group of soldiers huddled around a fire. She almost succeeds but is caught by their lord as she rounds the corner of a building.

Lord Wulfrich is surprised with Juliet. She is not anything like the women he has known before. She is bold and determined. When he discovers who she is and what she is truly searching for, he wants to help. Yet she has to trust him and when she believes him guilty of her friends’ disappearances, she is not sure she can. He wants her trust and she wants the truth.

This novella would have been better if it would have been longer. I felt that the story was rushed. I would have liked to get to know the characters better and learn more about their history. It was an OK story. I would give it a 2 out of 5.
