Toot's Review
So let's talk about Talking Dirty with the CEO. So probably
the first thought when you saw this way....Is this in the same vein as the new
crop of CR stories that involve the ever present miss understood Billionaire
who falls for some unassuming employee who brings him to his knees through love
and understanding? Yes and No. Yes to the new classic character but No to your preconceived
notions. In this quirky love story, it's all about Geek love! Yep, you heard
me. It's almost like Steve Jobs finds a lady love, albeit a super hot Steve. So
what do I mean? First we have Joseph Ashton who's a Tech Billionaire. One day
he happens upon one of his employees computers and an IM pops up for an online
game. On the other side of the IM, there's a girl, describing what she's
wearing while she's gaming and it peaks Joseph's interest. He's bored, so he
responds. They engage in a chat and decide to meet for an impromptu date.
Immediately sparks fly when their eye meet in the bar and all is lost. You
would think that would be the end but nope, they both have major issues (i.e.
family, commitment, ADHD, stuttering and so on). Never once does the fact that
he has billions come into play. It's all about a relationship that's building
between two very socially awkward people who find love in a very unique
situation. As a geek myself, I absolutely adored this story and highly
recommend it for all my romance fans.
