Toot's Review

Sandra Hill has definitely come up with a very unique twist on the PNR genre with her Deadly Angels series. The Deadly Angels are actually Vangels, Viking-Vampire-Angels who are comprised of 7 brothers who've committed one of the 7 deadly sins and only through signing up to be a Vangel and battling Lucipires, Lucifer's Vampires, can they ever find redemption.

This one is the story of Ivak, who's sin is Lust. In the beginning, he does some really heinous acts and is a totally wretched character until he meets his lady love, Gabrielle. There's everything from wonderful shared dream sex scenes to some great Cajun antics. These books definitely has something for everyone!

Fans of the series will love the fact that some of their favorites are back and of course, there's a wonderful HEA with some great twists and turns. All in all, if you are a fan of the series, this is a great addition and worth the read.

Just remember, this series and book are totally tongue and cheek. If you go into it, thinking you're getting a serious PNR Vampire book, you will be sorely disappointed. It's meant to be a light comedy which kinda pokes fun at PNR and it's outrageous characters but it still delivers a good HEA that will make you smile.
