I'm totally new to Kate Douglas but I really am enjoying this series. It's a bit quirky but strangly romantic. The story flows well, the characters are fun and you can totally visualize them. This one is about a woman in 2002 with really no ties to her life when she's transported to the future and dropped smack into the middle of this futuristic war that is going on. Of course, being a romance at it's heart, boy captures girl, boy sees error of his ways, boy wins girl, boy looses girl and his mind, girl fixes everything (as it always should be), girl is the hero and gets the boy. Basically these are short, fun, romantic, futuristic with a bit of paranormal thrown in. I can pretty much blow through one of these stories in a day and walk away completely satisfied that the read was worth it (can't say that for all my stories).
