This collection is full of different types of magic. There is shape-shifting, spell casting, vampires, demons, demon slayers, vampire slayers, and even ghosts. Most magical beings are covered. These novellas are short reads and the stories are wrapped up pretty quickly. I liked some stories better than others. I liked the first three stories more than the last three. The storylines were more interesting to me. The first three also contained more fight scenes filled with battles between humans and magical beings. They seemed more action packed. The last three were more based on outsmarting the enemy and problem solving. All the stories included are full of creativity and unique stories. Anyone who likes reading paranormal stories that include different types of magick will find something here. I give it a 4 out of 5 for the wide variety of stories included.
